Angelique George is the President & Designated Broker of Grindstone Property Management LLC. Angelique is an industry veteran with over 29 years of experience and extensive knowledge in multi- family housing and asset management in both residential and commercial property management. Angelique holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in the state of Arizona and a Certified Apartment Management designation through the National Apartment Association. As an investor in multifamily housing Angelique has gained a perspective as a property owner which has given her the experience and understanding to be able to relate to her client’s needs. Angelique has a keen eye for curb appeal and improving an asset on a budget. Angelique will utilize her creative marketing skills to lease up your commercial property or apartment community to maximize your asset. As a long-term member to the community Angelique is a member of the Tucson Metro Chamber, Tucson Hispanic Chamber and Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce. Grindstone Property Management LLC was developed in 2012 by Angelique George. Our moto is “Back to the Grindstone” (back to the basics) of property management. Our team has worked in the industry for decades. Our experience with large “cookie cutter” companies has given us the perspective of reducing unnecessary meetings, paperwork, and busy work so we can concentrate on our clients needs and give us the time to be hands on the properties that we manage.

Colby David Artress, Director of Property Management is a seasoned real estate professional whose passion for property management and investment is deeply rooted in a rich family legacy. Born and raised in Burton, Michigan, Colby hails from a well-established real estate family with a storied history dating back to the early 1900s. His great-great-uncle played a pivotal role in the family’s legacy by introducing Colby’s grandparents, who together founded a successful real estate company. This enterprise was later inherited by Colby’s aunt and uncle, who carried forward the family’s tradition of excellence in real estate and property management. From an early age, Colby exhibited remarkable ambition and entrepreneurial spirit. At just 16 years old, while still attending high school, he purchased his first four rental properties, laying the foundation for an impressive career in real estate. By 18, Colby earned his Real Estate Salesperson’s License, balancing his burgeoning real estate ventures with his studies. His drive and dedication led him to pursue a Business Administration degree, all while continuing to expand his portfolio of rental properties. By the age of 25, Colby had acquired 25 properties and earned his Real Estate Broker’s License, a testament to his commitment and expertise. Two years later, at 27, he doubled his portfolio to 50 properties, solidifying his reputation as a savvy investor and skilled real estate professional. In 2010, at the age of 40, Colby relocated to Tucson, Arizona, where he brought his extensive experience to the vibrant local real estate market. He joined several Century 21 property management companies, quickly establishing himself as a leader in the industry. Today, Colby serves as the Director of Property Management at Grindstone Property Management. In this role, he oversees operations with the same dedication and family-oriented values instilled in him from his early years in Burton, Michigan. Colby’s journey reflects a lifelong commitment to real estate, community, and the legacy of his family, which continues to inspire his work in Tucson and beyond.

Known for her spunky personality, Irma approaches every challenge with enthusiasm. She is highly effective in getting the job done and is respected for her proactive and energetic approach to problem-solving. Irma is a native of Tucson, Arizona, and was born at St. Mary’s Hospital. Her deep roots in the community contribute to her sense of belonging and pride in her work. Family is at the heart of Irma’s life. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including her five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, whom she delights in spoiling. In her spare time, Irma can often be found enjoying a good book, reflecting her love of reading and relaxation.
