Grindstone Property Management LLC was developed in 2012 by Angelique George. Our moto is “Back to the Grindstone” (back to the basics) of property management. Our team has worked in the industry for decades. Our experience with large “cookie cutter” companies has given us the perspective of reducing unnecessary meetings, paperwork, and busy work so we can concentrate on our clients needs and give us the time to be hands on the properties that we manage.

Angie

Angelique George is the President & Designated Broker of Grindstone Property Management LLC.  

Angelique is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience and extensive knowledge in multi- family housing and asset management in both residential and commercial property management. Angelique holds a Real Estate Broker’s license in the state of Arizona and a Certified Apartment Management designation through the National Apartment Association.

As an investor in multifamily housing Angelique has gained a perspective as a property owner which has given her the experience and understanding to be able to relate to her client’s needs.  Angelique has a keen eye for curb appeal and improving an asset on a budget.  Angelique will utilize her creative marketing skills to lease up your commercial property or apartment community to maximize your asset. 


As a long-term member to the community Angelique is a member of the Tucson Metro Chamber, Tucson Hispanic Chamber and Sierra Vista Chamber of Commerce. Building community relations keeps Grindstone in touch with the ever-changing market and needs for our property owners, employees, and residents.


Jennifer

We would like to introduce you to Jennifer Mault, Director of Operations. Many of you have had the opportunity to meet Jennifer over the past five years that she has worked with us. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Services as well as a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Social and Community Service. Jennifer works remotely to assist us with a variety of tasks. It is her specialty to ensure that all tenants and vendors are in compliance with insurance requirements in order to protect our properties. In addition to entering data for accounts payable, Jennifer calculates commercial sales tax and performs a variety of other duties. Jennifer also audits tenant ledgers, prepares financial statements, and handles customer inquiries. She is an invaluable member of our team.Our maintenance team has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in several areas of maintenance repairs and landscaping. Our experience as a multifamily property investor is invaluable. Consultation services are also available to our clients to assist in not only getting the best value but also high quality. Our team has experience with complete renovations, due diligence, and capital improvements. We have a keen understanding of how the market has evolved. Our contact with contractors allows us to get professional advice and competitive pricing for repairs that our team cannot complete.


Maggie

Our maintenance team has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in several areas of maintenance repairs and landscaping. Our experience as a multifamily property investor is invaluable. Consultation services are also available to our clients to assist in not only getting the best value but also high quality. Our team has experience with complete renovations, due diligence, and capital improvements. We have a keen understanding of how the market has evolved.
